Symptoms

Men are usually the first to find testicular tumors, during a bath or other hygiene ritual. Monthly self-examination of the testicles is recommended for all men, particularly those with one or more risk factors. Symptoms may include:

  • A painless lump on the testicle
  • A heavy feeling in the scrotum
  • A testicle that looks enlarged or feels different
  • Breast tenderness/breast growth (rare)
