Other conditions commonly occur along with or as a result of schizophrenia, such as:
- Depression.
- Anxiety.
- Substance abuse.
- Threats of suicide.
- Violence towards others.
- Polydipsia.
- Social and physical conditions that often occur with schizophrenia.
These conditions need treatment in addition to the treatment given for schizophrenia.
