    The article does not indicate what level of LDL is good/bad.

    I have high cholesterol, I have tried Lipitpor. didn't work out for me, but I am ready to tried something else.

    It is important information for those of us worried about cholesterol. However, i was told by my doctor to fast 12-14 hrs before a blood test. You mentioned 6-8. Which is more accurate?

    i was hoping to see numbers for good cholestrol. my son has 227 and doctor said it was high but didn't go any farther at this time. so what is the good numbers??

    It is really help but you should have also mentioned what foods that contains chloesterol in order for us to avoid eating it.

    what's considered to be a worse risk factor, having a high LDL or low HDL. I have a total of ~150, HDL of 36, LDL of ~90
