I agree with this article, I used exercise to rid my depression. I can say it really help me concentrate on something positive. In the end, I started seing a difference in my body. The positive outweigh the negative so I kept at it

I would like to add that Meditation is great as well. It's a real mood lifter! Also, he mentions light, and sunlight. He doesn't say why though. Sunlight causes the body to produce Vitamin D, which the body needs and helps regulate the mood. You can also get D3 (make sure it is D3, not D2 or just D) and this can help with mild depression. Most people who are not in the deep south are Vitamind D deficient during the cooler months.

Jesus got rid of my depression! It was so bad that I was on the road to suicide. I'm still amazed at it all. That was a miracle itself. He has healed me in so many ways. I recommend anyone trying him. Check out the New Testiment in the Holy Bible. Peace!

Thank you I know that exercise works. I have suffered from deppresssion on and off for many years. Sometimes it takes all the energy I can muster to put my tennis shoes on but I see exercise as medication. It really works.

Also, consider whether worrying about things beyond your control is productive or helpful to you. Perhaps the best way to summarize the importance of attitude is with the serenity prayer: -------------------------------------------------- kapil Flat Fee MLS-Flat Fee MLS
