That is so true especially now that we are living in high tech world. The use of microwaves, radiowave emits by mobile, satellites, hospital equipment etc are contributing factors to unhealthy life we have. The surest way to have that kind of ailment is when we are suffering from life's stresses, worries, sadness, heartbreaks etc. Actually, we can control our emotions and our attitude in life.. live in a simplest life, happy, contentment, take things all in balance and in moduration, not worry on the future coz God knows best what's good for us.

There is nothing new in this information, but the way it is presented, like the lesson explained for the best teacher, makes it understandable for everybody.

If you think your to yound to have a heart attack, think again! I was 46 when I had my heart attack. Prior to having this heart attack I had just been in for a EKG that day and appeared to be healthy by 7pm my symptoms were coming on, by midnight it was a full blown heart attack. My symptoms were sever heart burn, nausa, sweating, achey arms. My biggest mistake was being in denial because I was to young for this to be happening, I was playing with dynamite, I could have died! I now have a stent and just this last month had another vessel unblocked right about my stent. My message is, If you think you are too young, your not. If you smoke please stop (I did), I am still working on my eating habits and doing more exercise. No it's not easy, but neither would be my family grieving my death! Think about it!!

If you put 'Cholesterol Myth' into Google you'll see plenty of authoritative works rubbishing the idea that high cholesterol is bad for you. If they are correct then much of this blog about heart attack risks is simply wrong.

Do you have simple notes on: 1. Common Heart Diseases 2. Blood Fats 3. Kidney Diseases 4. Obesity Problems 5. Exercises for men above 55 years of age If you have them in Power Point form, can you send them to me via e-mail? I am a social worker now 58 years of age. I can use the slides in my LCD projector to help many elderly people in my community. Regards, Samuel
