i am 22 years old and balding. im getting transplant next month which is 10gs. i dont like the fact that the last paragraph says its not your own natural hair which in fact it is your own hair.
heres what im using:
rogain foam
propecia
nioxin-shampoo
resultz hair comb-fda approved but was 600 bucks(i did the hair laser at the dr office for a year which was 4gs but worth it and the cmb does the exact same thing)

It's amazing to me that with all the new drugs available out there,(Viagra, etc.), that we still don't have a way to regrow hair, which is considered a HUGE deal to many people.

This was extremely helpful. My general surgeon tried to tell me that my endocrinologist was crazy thinking that my hair was falling out due to PCOS. Now, I know for sure. My hair fell out by the handfuls until I got on Metformin for my PCOS. My general surgeon took me off PCOS bc of a hiatal hernia and my hair started falling out in handfuls again....he told me it was not from hormones but from lack of protein. I up'd my protein but it didn't help. Guess I'll start back on the Metformin.

I agree that stress management can be beneficial to seeing positive results in the physical body - many people have reported this correlation. Worth a try I believe!

This article is bogus. Hairloss is rarely "caused". Hairloss occurs because of inherited genes. It occurs because of a common scalp related issue that you inherit from your ancestors and not because it is "caused".
