I was just diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a month ago. I'm lucky not to have obstructive sleep apnea in which it can seriously life threating. Sleep is a rare commodity for me since I have two small children and I'm stressed out a lot. The sleep I do end up getting is not a very refreshing sleep at all. I'm constantly tired and sleep during the day. Number one reason as to why I don't drive as much anymore.

I've had sleep issues for years. Recently I've been having dreams where I can't breathe well and wake up gasping for air. Is this a sign of sleep apnea? I'm thinking about seeing a sleep doctor, but I don't know if I'm overreacting about my "situation." Speaking of sleep doctor, I saw a contest online where you can win a free consultation with Dr. Breus. You could bank on your sleep issues if you're a problematic sleeper like myself. www.SleeplessInAmericaContest.com.
