10 years of Medical School for this? If the American public cannot figure these things out on their own, they deserve to sneeze, cough and wheeze. Yahoo directs their articles to a pre-school level mentality.

Eyedrops help me and they are sold over the counter. The ones that moisturize are the best. My doctor recommended them and they contain sodium.

The only thing that has worked for me and it works like a charm is a Kenalog shot. My allergies remind me in April that I need to go for my yearly physical and while I'm there I get the shot. It keeps me symptom free for the entire summer. This is my 3rd year of complete relief from my allegies which used to really kick my butt.

Eat local, raw, unfiltered honey. My allergies have been greatly alleviated by this, and I'm not totally sure why. I can tell you that in the past my eyes would nearly swell shut and my nose would pour. I'd stay dosed up on meds. The only thing that has changed is now I eat local, raw, unfiltered honey. And now there are no side effects from meds. I just feel normal. :)
