mix one part apple cidar vinegar and local honey (has to be within 5 miles of where you live) and take that a few times a day. it is a CURE ALL for allergies and sinus problems.

that is correct that does work for me i tyed it it does really work for my nasal allrgies

We need more of this kind of preventative medicines. Americans are taking way too much perscription drugs and even drugs off the counter.

I've had sinus issues for over 10 years now and a cough that I had for over 8 years and no one could diagnose it. Turns out it was sinus drip. Went to an acupuncturist and that worked. Sometimes I have to go every 3-4 months, but when I do the cough goes away after a day or two for those months. But these suggestions were very helpful. Thank you.
