God is the only way to have peace. Not this new-age crap. No offense.

yoga is a great stress reliever and a wonderful way to find peace. But this article skips uneasily from a sports team, to maybe being about yoga, to choices in clothing, I am assuming as a metaphor for something about choosing whether or not to stand out. It lacks much cohesiveness and good advice.

No Offense.....this "new age" has been around for thousands of years even in the days of Jesus....it always leads back to God. Being Kind is always better than being "right".

It feels like you stopped short. I believe there is more you can say hear; and yet, I appreciate what you did say. Excellent advice! Oh, but that tricky ego--in it's grasping desire to hold on fights every step of the way (especially in this culture that perpetuates this "ego-love"). Good article. Please say more...

Kobe Bryant is a lame, big-headed, ugly, bad-role model that likes to pee on little girls!
