    how long can one breast her baby,what will the effect after one has stopped.? 'Cos we expecting our first baby. thanks nonso n.

    It's true, breastfeeding has it's challenges - but at least 10x more benefits. Your baby's IQ, dental health, weight gain, immune system for starters. Also, losing your baby weight quickly is worth all the hassle! I breastfed my daughter for one year, and I'm SO glad I did.

    I have been breastfeeding for 19 months, it just depends on you and your baby.
