Morning sickness is a myth - like the lochness monster or the grizzly bear. My wife didn't have morning sickness once, and nine months later she gave birth to a beautiful pillow from underneath her shirt. The pillow's name is Randolph.

Acupressure wrist bands can work wonders for morning sickness. I would recommend Psi Bands (www.psibands.com). They are drug free, adjustable to wrist size, waterproof (so you can even wear them in the shower) and they come in cute designs.

Always be in contact with your doctor. With that said, the Chinese medicinal formula Curin Wan is safe during pregnancy and is used to effectively treat morning sickness. And don't forget, for postpartum depression acupuncture is excellent! For context, I've done over 130,000 treatments with acupuncture, Chinese medicinal herbs and my breakthrough therapy, Soft-Tissue Reprocessing. Tom Chi Dr. Acupuncture. www.FixPainNow.com
