    oh come on, I think this was a great article. I would add, however, eating breakfast as key to simple additional key to great health. It is has been speculated to be as imp as not smoking or exercising regularly. Got it fan? DrH

    Not sure I agree with the supplementation of calcium. A balanced diet would supply more than enough calcium for bone health!

    Her goals and priorities are one thing but I think the whole premise of this is to make goals and stick to them. Although, she admitted that she didn't accomplish one of the things on her list. I write a list every night of things that I need to do the next day. It gives me pride when I can cross out different things and they are finished for the week.

    I'll be sure to tell my mother about this, especially the smoking one. I'd consider it myself, but I'm only fifteen and the breast examination is something I do weekly. Hehe.
