I have read endless articles on depression, but in this particular one, I have read some things I never read before. The part where women can sense a bout of depression coming back by saying "It's happening again", describes me. Also, thoughts of suicide are a sign of severe depression, but that "considering life to be useless or meaningless" is also serious. Depression described as this is how I wish my family knew how I felt and would acknowedge and remember it.
