    You need to make a classroom teachers guide. :) it's difficult with 200 plus students per day coming through a room. I enjoy your articles. -Mr. D

    No dairy? I'm suprised as yogurt is totted as a means to boost the immune system, via its active cultures. Perhaps you can clarify further in the future?

    Look for soy yogurt! I have seen it in most of the larger supermarkets and in other food stores including Trader Joe's, Wholefoods, MOM and others.
