Great article about foods and inflammation... I just talked with a co-worker about that the other day, what a good coincidence to be able to find more information on this specific topic. ***** peace.

Dr., Have your heard about a dietary supplement called Xango that is the whole fruit puree of the Mangosteen fruit? Can you tell me if it is a viable product. I have heard that it is also an all nutural anti-inflamatory. Please let us know your opinion. Thanks, Larry

Dr. Weil, you are so right I have been telling people that same thing. I grew up on boiled food. I cooked boiled food for my children. We ate very little fried food. I am 69 yrs young, people have always thought I was yonger than I really am. I feel younger. If people would only listen. They would not have to go to the doctors so often. They would feel so much better and live longer. I cut my own grass.

yes, healthy cooking and live foods as many as possible...my mom got me this cd about healthy cooking..and it's weird but it subconsciously works on motivating you to not crave junk food and to crave making salads...might be worth a look at www.independentachievement.com
