    I eat my nuts with honey, I've done it all my life. They do taste kind of funny, but it keeps them on the knife. -- Sorry, I couldn't resist...

    Walnuts may also be especially good for your heart. A recent study suggests that Omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), found in walnuts, may reduce blood pressure. Compared with a placebo, Diastolic blood pressure decreased and heart rate went down by 2.1 beats per minute in patients who were given DHA supplements.     Do you have the amount of Pistacio nuts and the blood preasure levels correct? According to your article, eating twice as many pistacios reduces your blood preasure by half as much.
