    LOL.Has no-one figured out that bodyweight means nothing??? Unless you know how much lean body mass(muscle) you have no idea how much energy (calories) your body requires. Yet another generalized program.

    I would just like to point out that on the 5th bullet point on that list in bold, instead of "breath", shouldn't it be "breathe"? Proper breath control can be considered right, but "Don't forget to breath"... doesn't quite make sense, haha.

    Smaller portions and controlled carbs work for me, in weight losss, 20-25 lbs, in 18mos. GrandmaVegas

    i think is agood idea but there some thing that people did'n abount exercise, u must be sure that u drink a lot of fruit always bcos all does things is very iportant in the life of human being not only that but we must carefull on what we eat so that we not have promble in life thank for u comment

    counting calories and weighing yourself before/after working out is setting yourself up for an eating disorder.. disagree with this process.... eat a nutrionally balanced diet when you're hungry ... 3 meals a day and 'small' snacks in between .. try to cut off btw 7p or 8pm ... set realistic goals of weightloss and don't overdo ... life's too short!

    During my workout I have a problem with my throat being to dry its hard to swallow.What can I do to stop this?
