These studies really get to me-just last week I read(from another study) that chewing gum makes you gain weight, because the chewing makes you want to eat rather than chew and not be eating anything!

And now they have proved that chewing sugarless gum is good for out teeth, washing away food particles and bacteria and moisturising the mouth. As an old and avid gum chewer: hooray.

Well what if chewing gum makes you hungry? That's what happens to me! I only chew gum if I have a stomach ache and it helps with my nausea.

3.5 pounds in a year is nothing when you factor in Holidays. NOBODY chews gum during the holidays so eat up and skip the crappy gum

I read along time ago in a science gernal that if you chew a piece of gum after every meal that it helps with digestion and helps burn calories.

I think its possible. I chew gum all and i mean all the time. I only chew gum to keep me calm b/c without it, i'd go hyper but everyone has noticed that b/c of the gum, i'm eatting less then I normal so i gues its true.
