I'd like to get info on this diet too. I have tried many and failed. The mind has amazing power, and maybe I should confront dieting from a different perspective. thanks.

Obviously, all diets should be classified as "mind diet", for it requires the mind to realize that change is necessary prior to action – that’s nothing new. If such is not realized by the mind, work thereafter matters not. The only diet to my understanding worth trying is "The Plateau-proof Diet". It's the first mathematical weight loss diet (science base) that takes all three macronutrients into consideration. If you don’t know what is going into your body, even the best brain cannot control the effect of the intake. The key is – you must know the proper intake of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins for immediate and sustainable weight loss; hence, plateau-proof diet. Send me an email at libpc@hotmail.com and I will tell you more.

ever feed a baby? no matter how much food is left,--a baby just turns his head when he's had enough and refuses more, why have we lost that internal 'thermostat'?
