In the good old days we danced two or three times a week, even if we didn't know how we tried anyway. There are no dance halls around anymore or not to many here in Kitchener Ca. Now we know that exercise is good for you should we bring back the twist, rock,n,roll or even the jive and the dance halls, maybe then I will do the twist again. I am an old timer from the fifties and my exercise is walking tree times a week, maybe I would try to dance again

Morning ladies: I love your sight and started tap dancing for 30 minutes a day and want to know how much weight one can lose doing this. Thanks country.singer@sbcglobal.net
