How do the celebrities look so good so soon after having their babies? I had my baby the same day Gwenyth had hers and when my husband saw pictures of her when the babies were about 2 weeks old he expected me to go on a diet and get back in shape in 2 weeks. My baby is 5 month old now and I am actually 5 pounds less than before the baby but still have belly fat to get rid of. I guess it's time to step up my exercise program... Ok, I need to get one.

I read that if you are breastfeeding that the last ten pounds that one gained from being pregnant tends to linger. That some experts say that it is normal, healthy and recommend it to keep milk supply strong. Does anyone no if this is really true? And, if one loses these last ten pounds/ more, does that significantly decrease one's milk supply?
