VERY TRUE! I love how this idoit Cheryl has another artical out praises the benefits of drinking diet soda and artifical sweetners but then says they are harmful..hhhhmmmmm....Also yes mercury is harmful, but according to this author only if it's coming from a fish, but I'm sure if a doctor is injecting it into you or your baby in the from of a vaccine, it's totally safe! I bet she is on the FDA payroll!

My doctor told me to stay away from raw foods such as oysters. But as long as they are cooked she said it was ok. And another fish on the bad list is grouper.

Who eats canned tuna anymore?? Yuck. That's the lowest-quality tuna available. Try fresh (or fresh-frozen) higher-quality tuna at the fish monger's booth at the grocery and you also may avoid the poison.
