my four kids are very fit and lean, not one is overweight, and they have no clue i'm "watching". i however am 100lbs overweight. i dont struggle with my weight though...does that make sense. i've never been on a diet, obviously. but they dont hear me complain that i'm fat, that i dont fit in something or that i wish i looked like someone else. and when the kids have a stressful day or want to celebrate we buy movies from our cable company....you know the pay per view. when we are hungry we eat. (my problem is over eating with the kids left overs). but i garden alot, and have a nice shaded back yard. so i'll sit in my adirondack chair and read while they run amuk.they are very active kids. and sometimes i'll challenge them to race each other. so when the kids are complaining that they're bored, we go outside and play with the dogs. though i'm a blatant bad example of good health. i am still not setting a good example by being overweight. so for the first time i'm gonna "do" something. i'm not sure what. i've been a size 22 for 11years. i'm not sure how to get on a weight loss program when i dont have a deep desire to...
