between the diet & meditational practices ( and practical spirituallity) I no longer need blood or cloresterol meds. Look to be in my late 30s (I'm 51) and I, enjoying everyday living like I never have before in my entire life. Also, escaped severe alcohol and drug addiction for nearly 4 yrs now. Great article !

As it may, fish is an easier protein to process in the bloodstream than meat, however the potency of fish is how it is prepared. Inorder for the protein to make its way to the brain it has to be administer as a raw sustance. The body will retain all the nutrient from the raw fish and deliver very little to your bowel which is less strain and healing to all the organs, especially fueling the brain chemistry. May the world breath fresh eat raw, think outside the box. Thank you.

Fish is an excellent brain fuel food and does wonders for brain function but as a whole the body along with the brain needs a complete balence of nutrition. Raw beef n fish along with fruit to better digest the food and surely a nice walk will strengthen the cell organs and deliver the cure to all the necessary part in the body. You must understand their is small window of time when the food is administer that it has to be process through excercise otherwise the potency of the food will cause the body to reject it physically which the aftermath is extremely regretable especially good medicine. Sincerely R. Tran
