Yes soy isnt good if taken too much,i have many friends crazing over Herbalife prod which is soy based.Many didnt consult physician b4taking.Over consumption of soy will lead to kidney probs in long run,think about it,where does the excess protein all go if the body cannot push it out fast enough as waste?I never believe in these processed products which can also lead to diabetic type 2.The best for us all is eat everything fresh/organic,moderately and EXERCISE!!Staying healthy and fit is the way to live.Also,many take these so called 'supplements food' and dont exercise.Now thats wrong!We need to sweat the toxic/waste out,stay fit and lean.I am sad to see people are mislead with these processed gimmicks and also trying to make money out of selling these products to others.Well folks,in the end its your own choice.You take charge of your own life.I hope you take charge wisely.Eat variety in moderation and please please exercise.. every input needs output.Remember this.
