lil99, I started a wellness program about two weeks ago, and I found that as I cut out all of those "bad for you" foods, I did feel like toxins were being released from my body. I felt like a new person! This is something I can live with. I'm never hungry either. According to the plan, if you starve yourself, your body goes into a kind of alert mode and thinks it needs to store more fat! I don't think so!!!
