Portion sizes in Foods is very important not to over eat more than one serving size. Using alot of salt on your food is not healthy and cause you to have high blood pressure. Thank you!

It's about understanding which fats are healthy and which are bad for you. Omega-3 and omega-6 oils are essential fatty acids, though the majority on a typical western diet are deficient in omega-3 oils and consume too much omega-6 proportionately. Monounsaturated fats are healthy and beneficial (such as olive oil, avocados and macadamia nuts). Probably the worst fats of all are hydrogented fats that create dangerous trans fatty acids. Processed cooking oils are also so altered they contain toxins and free radicals. Not all saturated fats are bad for you. Coconut oil for example is exceptionally good for you. It differs from animal, cholesterol heavy saturated fats because of it's medium-chain fatty acids and can even speed up the metabolism and aid weight-loss. It is also diabetic friendly unlike other oils, and anti-microbial. Coconut oil is one of the superfoods explored in Miracle Superfoods http://www.miracle-superfoods.com - ultimate superfoods for health, beauty and longevity. Remember fats are heat, air and light sensitive. Keep them in dark sealed containers in the refridgerater
