dear 34yrold mom of one. You did not say how old your daughter is, but I have my kids dump there left over food in the dog dish, or the trash themselves. Kids can start to do this around three......good luck

dear 34 yr old mom, maybe you give your daughter too much food, how old is she? remember kids have a small stomach, and don't fill up the plates, that will prevent you from eating the leftovers...

to all who needs help in reducing their weight I can suggest that you will have to go on exercise everyday. If you have threadmill at home that's ok. then you have to burn 500 calories a day. it also helps to reduce your tummy. Me I am 39 but always doing threadmill and that keeps me physically fit now.

try drinking 8 glasses of water daily and try to eat 2 fruits, 2 vegtables, 2 proteins and 2 starches daily. Eat fresh or frozen foods, prepared foods have perservatives and will SLOW the weight loss. Take vitamins and it helps it you write it down to keep track. And when you feel like going for a bad snack go brush your teeth. No kidding it does help and will get you over the hump. Good Luck!!
