There's nothing wrong with smaller portions! That way there's no food to waste! If your children are still hungry after they finish their plate, small second portions are perfectly acceptable.

I am soon to be 25 yrs old and a mother of a wonderful 2 1/2 yr old girl. I am 5 ft 5 in an I weigh 143.8 lbs. I was 120 b/4 I had my little girl. We are going on vacation the end of June and I want to be able to wear a two-piece with pride. I have cut out my caffine, I don't eat past 6pm and my husband and I recently joined a gym. He has been very supportive of me. Since starting at the gym I feel so much better, I haven't noticed a difference in my body but I think it is still to early to tell. I thought about going on a diet but I just watch what I eat and how much and so far that has seemed to work. Good luck to everyone. Hopefully the next time I get to post a comment I will have some good news.

I have great a solution, its called the 3 bite rule! When you are eating something hopefully healthy, you should take 3 average bites and either save the rest for later. Now if you really want that 1 sweet you need to take one bite and then throw it away that way your not tempted to eat the rest. You should treat yourself once a week. Also drink lots of water that will fill you up for a while.

Should give her smaller portions that way if she is still hungery then give her a little more. Because if you give her to much she may look at all the food and not want to finish. I learned that from many years of babysitting and being the oldest of 5.

If you get upset you should grab and apple or grapes. When you go food shopping don't buy any junk food or anything sweet, you will be to tempted to eat the junk. S when your feelin down grab a bottle of water and your choice of fruit.
