Just put a little or just enough food on your daughter's plate so you don't need to consume the left overs.

You can do physical activities like walking, jogging, push up, bending, and sit up. Don't skip meals. What you need to do is to cut fats in your daily diet.

I found that eating something healthy (no refined sugars) every 3 hours, speeds up my metabolism and helps me loose the weight. I don't feel hungry...as a matter of fact, I have to force myself to eat. I feel good and in turn also feel more like exercising. Try it for one month as a goal and see what happens.

The ONLY thing that works, long term, is getting exercise. Cardio and weight training every day on my lunch hour. Don't give up if you don't lose fast. Slow and steady is best to keep it off. I'm over 40 and tried every diet since my son was born and this worked for me. Good luck!
