    Quit drinking pop and go strictly to water, that will get rid of the forst 10 lbs. If that doesnt work, theres always liposuction.

    Cut down on carbo intake, drink a lot of water and natural fruit juices..exercise! exercise!

    Please, I have been putting a lot of weight after my having twins babies, I don't know what to do to loss some weight. I was weighing 73kg before, but now I found out that I am weighing 87kg. Please advice me.

    If you've never exercised before, try it. Find something you enjoy or walking or jogging to start off with; and then partner that with an increase in water 8-10 8oz glasses a day with fruits, veggies and other high fiber foods. Important note is the total kcalories you intake per day. Depending on your physical characteristics and metabolic rate, your body only needs a certain amount of calories per day. Take more kcalories in than you need and you'll gain weight. Take total kcalories needed, coupled with daily exercise and you'll lose.

    I need alot of help! I need to loose 89 pounds my goal is to have lost at least half of thet by june, I would like to know where can i get a meal plan that will tell me exactly what to eat without hurting my budget. I don't want to go through the trouble of looking for recipes I eat simple things. Im not a chef. So If someone could please help me, with recipes cotaining lots of fruits vegetables meats and smoothies for the week, Im 5ft 229 lbs I would like to be atleats 50 lbs lighter for the summer. PLEASE HELP!

    My father is a retired 86 year old dentist, and he has told me that sugar free gum causes just as much problem with teeth as the sugar kind. Avoid both.
