The ABSDIET is awesome!....I'm 20 years old and I have lost about 25 pounds in about 4 months. It's healthy weight loss!and I've kept it off for about 7 months now.

Hi I have a daughter who is 6 years old. She is 4 ft tall and weighs around 90#. She has always been active. She takes tap and ballet for 1 hour and 15 minutes on Friday and this is after she has gymnastics for 1 hour. And on Wednesdays she has jazz technique for 45 minutes. She completed her cheerleading which had classes every Monday and games on Saturday. Now I have added T-ball since cheerleading is over. We have been eating wheat bread 100% and or split top wheat for over a year now. We just went from 2% milk to 1% milk. It doesn't matter what she eats she is steadily gaining weight. Last year she had tae kwon do, muy thai, philipeno stick fighting and grapling 3 times a week for 1 hour or so. She continues to gain weight. She does eat fruit and veges and she attends private school so I do allow her to eat 1-2 slices of pizza pepperoni sometimes twice a month. At her school they have pizza every Wednesday and the other days I pack her lunch. It will be either a turkey pastrami sandwich with mustard on wheat bread, fat free lays or cool ranch deritos, key lime yogurt, a apple or bannana, and a bottle of water or crystal light lemonade flavor. What advise to you have for me on how to help my baby lose weight? ince she has been born she has been 95 percentile for weight and between 75-90 for her height.
