Concentrate on healthy foods and don't let him eat junk. Get the chips and sweets out of the house! Allow him to eat as much as he wants of vegetables and fruits. Don't focus on how much he eats, focus on what he eats. Make sure any grains he eats are whole grains - no white bread or pasta. You have to eat too many calories to get full on junk food, and it just leaves you craving more.

Why did i stay at my fat cousin's house? he's such a fatso and he always gibbing me a noogie! wa next morning i fill up wid 2 bowls of cherios and get bored watching him eat. i want to go outside and play but the lumox goes back for more toast! so, i got a new game out of the toy chest and had big plans for a new tree house, my other cousin (tubby's bro)showed me the tools in the garage and we started loading a wheelbarrow with saws, braces, nails, hinges,... it was going to be cool! I went back into the house for something and, what!? little porky was breaking into another box of cereal! I thought he was a fun kid but the tree house wasn't so fun any more. I was wondering what was wrong with my cousin? Well, we had to give up our plans because you know who came rolling out of the house and needed the wheelbarrow to pack his better half around in. He can't runto second base too fast either when he has to push that cart around all the time. He makes extra money in the summer since he likes to ride around on that ridder lawn mower. Once he gets on, he doesn't get off and he's a great fun at tailgate parties in the garage. It gets chilly after the lights come on and I never thought about him having the bottom bunk. I thought I was only quicker to get away from the noogie monster

I think the Abs Diet would be a great diet for kids. Why? Because it's not really a diet. You aren't restricted from carbs or fat. The diet focuses on "power foods" such as lean meats, low-fat dairy, almonds, etc. Plus, six meals a day. Some of you teenagers posting here should try it out. Check out MensHealth.Com and look around. It's their diet. I've lost 30 lbs. on it. Good luck.
