Most of us are not drinking enough water. Period. Air conditioning, teas, coffee, dark colored sodas, exercising, heat, humidity, just living, all take a lot of water from the body. Try flavoring your water with lemon, lime, or even orange slices. There are great add-ins now that are sugar free and you can drink a different flavor as you please. Water makes ALL your organs work more efficiently. Don't wait until you have bladder infections, or kidney stones to start increasing your fluids. Just do it!! Your body will thank you. One cup (8 oz.) per hour you're awake, on average, is a great goal for most average folks. Good luck!!
