I am as user the Olive Oil after my husband has heart disease. It is fairly expensive for daily consumption but the healthy more expensive than the other. I think, I must choose something better for our family life. Let's love our family throughout the health meal, add extra virgin olive oil in most of your dishes. Good Luck..........

I dont buy butter or margarene anymore, I use extra Virgin olive oil instead. I also mix extra virgin olive oil with crushed garlic on my bread or rolls. Of course I either heat or toast the rolls, and its delicious. I inderstand its a healthy substitue. Try it youll probably like it.
