    I know when I got pregnet with my now 2year old daughter I wanted to know everything I could to make sure my baby would be healthy.This advice is very helpful and I hope others will follow your advice.

    After I had my baby. I've try to lose my stomach. It was so hard to do because I did not have to support from my family. And when I start to exercise I will do it for 2 weeks. Then I will stop.Also my dad call me fat so I go to food to make me happy.Can you PLEASE HELP ME.

    Okay your name said it all sexytyty,if this is your name then you can't be fat.Stop turning to food to comfort you,in the end it will only make the situation worse. Continue working out with or without support,why do you need family support to workout that just doesn't make sense.Go to the gym and joooooooooooooooooog! to burn off that baby fatthe is the only wat you will lose it sit up doesn't help if you are overweight lose the fat first by jogging or bikig thenm you can do sit up.And tell your dad that you would like to see him give birth too a baby and see what he will look like afterward.
