hi If you think eating a lot of fish like tuna is healthy, think again.I thought so too and ate it all the time, veggies and fruit.I got sick, real sick..Be careful. I didn't believe fish casued problems until I found out, by accident. no more than once a week and no sushi tuna.

I am a diabetic (no meds - diet controlled). I find that when I eat sushi (which I love), if the sushi contains tuna or salmon, the protein helps counteract the quick rise of glucose in the white rice. Also, if I know i'm going to have sushi, I watch my other carbs the rest of the day.
