Better to avoid Chinese food altogether. There are 2,700 mgs of sodium in the combination (House) fried rice. Some of their dishes have as much as 3,600 mgs of sodium!

I always head over to Auntie Anne's for a soft pretzel when I'm in a mall. That's my weakness. I can't ever pass those up. Nothing else appeals to me in there but that.

That sure takes the fun out of food court dining. Might as well pack a ziplock of carrot & celery sticks my next trip to the mall.

I agree with #1. People don't realize how fattening chinese food really is, even though it's so tasty. If you are really serious about eating healthy, stick with Subway.

I still will not eat fast food. It simply does not appeal to me. I always eat before I go the mall, or when I get home.
