    No, it's not great. It's starvation mode, nutritionally deficient and certainly not something you should be doing for months. Restrictive diets like this are exactly what we should be objecting to - they don't support the body or mind enough to get through the day and they're exactly the opposite of what people should be trying to achieve with a healthy approach to food. Start eating normally again and see how much you put back on. My guess is that the weight gain'll be pretty rapid.

    Hey, I also have a eating problem. I just can't stop snacking on anything i see. I have found a solution that helps me. I recently found a healthy food bar called Cocochia. It says that it has more healthy fats than bad ones and less sugar. Well i got it and it actually does fill me up. YOu guys should try it. i got it off the site Livingfuel.com well best of luck for everyone and eat HEALTHY!

    I'm 5'7", 170 lb.s and an inspiring student athlete. half my life i've been dealing with severe depression and weight issues. Some people look up to me now b/c i'm always in extreme pain and always working to help someone else instead of ignoring my team mates all the time for myself. Since I was about 10, I've had extreme leg pain, but I just started sports last track season, but I can't get examined by a good doctor b/c my mom is always pushing it back on her mind or "forgetting" and I can't lose the weight I need to and its taking a toll on my record and its only the very beginning of the season.
