If you have ever seen the movie "Planet of the apes" you'll remember a scene where the hero of the NRA was trying to prove he was more than an ordinary human who couldn't think. He folded a paper airplane. Ok, that particular modal only flies in a straight line. There is another design that will perform with more loopy loops than a roller coaster ride. For the adults, they can wind themselves up and do a heart some good with a heated debate over amendment rights. Those miserable adults should be contained at the kitchen table. Meanwhile, uncle Pervy will be having a good time in the back yard chasing around with the kids fetching the airplanes and seeing what next they'll do.

I've played it before. It's pretty hard too. Takes a LOT of practice. I know it is out for XBOX, but I cant say for ps2 or others. Don't forget to get the dance pad though, otherwise they'll just be using a controller, lol. My exercise routine consists of walking to all my classes, doing around 10 pull ups, climbing a rope a couple of times, going to work, then playing Counter strike on the computer. Thats my typical day. I'm not obese, but I know I'm not healthy. I give out too easily, i think because of anemia or something. Oh well.

Hmmm.Something to look forward to-vedio games. never good at setting down except when I needed it. I loved to dance ! The moment I get up -turn on the music or jump in the shower and keep dancing and singing. Although my aware my voice mybe horsr but I laugh out and just continue dancing! One time, I walked on the stairways-while singing and shaking my buns , at the same time carrying a load of laundry with high heels, Dang, I lost my balance and fall down! it hurts! Kids who are usually busy on thier own habits actually heared the big 'boom' sound on the background , and my son on the basement said,"Mommy are you alright?"And all three came running and noticed mommy on the floor "couldn't harldy get-up!"Hey! I kept my cool by singing along the pain and laugh the heck infront of my kids. The three were smiling and shaking their heads.I told them,"kids you wanna dance with mommy? look at at me ! still happy even it hurts! Enjoy and have fun!

People Overweight "obese" is number one medical condition! You're not digesting for one reason or another. Doctors, media "you EDUCATORS" are not talking about that because you're they business. You consume all junks - they're producing.

Overweight is not fat! You're not a pig to have an inch or two fat-layer under your skin. What you have; undigested sugar, burnt oil & water in your body.

This has been out for some time now. I know more than one person who lost some or a lot of weight playing DDR. Better than that if you are more advanced and want more of a challenge. Pump it Up. Way more moves you can do and has better songs.. one can only stand so many DDR songs before they want to kill the next person who plays Dynamite rave. just a thought... Oh and Remember to have fun. It's just a game after all....

DDR can really help you lose weight or maintain it. I heard that someone lost over 200 pounds. Anyone having trouble losing weight should give DDR a chance.

This article starts off by addressing the problem of childhood obesity. Thought the video game might be great, it isn’t the answer. Childhood obesity doesn’t have a quick fix. To begin the article with childhood obesity and then go into Dance Dance Revolution implies that this is the answer to the problem. If we think we can buy a product that will improve our children’s lives we should ask ourselves if that sounds like good parenting. Throwing money at the problem won’t help. If you constantly buy your children toys, you will end up with unappreciative, spoiled kids. There is no guarantee that your children will even like this game. Video game preference is very much a matter of taste. I think that childhood obesity is a symptom, not a disease. We should take a step back and ask “What is the cause?” The much larger issue that could be the root of the problem is depression. Overeating and gaining weight are symptoms of depression. With the divorce rate above 60% many children today don’t have a healthy family structure. Many children blame themselves for their parents divorce and I think their might be a positive correlation between divorce rates and obesity rates. But then again looking at this problem implies that we as parents are to blame. But that couldn’t’ be the case so lets buy a video game.

I LOVE THIS GAME! My mom bought it for our house. Everyone plays it!. the game is very challeging but you can always start on easy. It is availbe on PS2, the cub and the box. I talked a co-worker into buying one! It also helps to build self esteem. I understand the the article started talking about childhood obesity but the title is Dance Dance Revolution. In most cultures, exercise is ingrained into everyday life. Everyday people are not paying for equiment to work out. It's apart of their routine. It is how they live. The American culture teaches goal oriented seperation while saying we are family. This message is confusing. Capitalism is about self gain. That breaks families apart and causes depression. This article was not about solving the depression of american youth. It was about offering an alternitive for weight loss in this society.
