Tanning everyday is bad for you. My sister did it everyday and is now suffering skin cancer. Doing it like twice a month is probably better. In regards to rain4bos, congratulations on losing 108 pounds! It is a very difficult task to lose even 10 pounds...so kudos to you. But I don't think you need to do so much to make yourself beautiful. You probably are beautiful without the tanning and extra stuff. --jamie

Why is it then that sunbathers have been shown to have the least incidence of skin cancer? And people in tropical equatorial climates also have less incidence of skin cancer?

well, you should at least recommend some alternative for tanning such as sunless tanning, the body shop tanning lotion, or shesido men tanning lotion. And, explain the ingredients that allow fake tan/coloring to cover the natural color. you can do better than that. other than that, this blog is very informative, factual and typical research. thanks for letting us know.

Life is a game played by a fool...full of sound and fury...signifying nothing. So go get your tan on! Nobody lives forever. Might as well look good.
