Hello Dr Leslie, I'm a Nigerian and this is my first time reading your stuff. I think I'm excited already and I will definitely try some of your tips. I do for now take Omega three in Capsule form and DR Meyers Calcitone(Calcium tablets)together daily. Do you think the combination is okay or do I take them seperately, a few hours from each other. I intend to keep hooked on this flyer!(I mean your column and stuff. Keep up the good work. Regards.

Great ideas, too bad that those items are all so expensive. How about food items that don't cost a week's rent? Lotsa luck

hello Doc, thanx for the gr8 article, actually i have been following some of the advices (dietary changes)that u have stated since sometimes and i have noticed a gr8 deal of change not only in my skin but also my hair, for e.g. my diet now includes a lot of veg n fruits ( seasonal and local products)and fish a multivitamin supplement n sunscreen n guess wot? my colleagues at work can't stop noticing n praising my glowing skin n thick dark tresses. i feel a little change in the diet goes a real long way in creating a beautiful health n it can be cheaper and easily accessible. herein i wud like to add that i one need not cut down totally on the pizzaz n burgers just that the potion need to be reduced!!

Since when are salad greens, squash, carrots, green tea and vitamins expensive?? Buy salmon on sale or at Sam's Club or Costco. It's not like she was recommending caviar.
