The ideas where good and easy for everyone to do and afford. I always drink green tea now I will use the tea bags for my eyes. I have a problem with puffiness under my eyes , I was told that it is a fat build up and only can be corrected with surgery. But I will try this method. Hope it works.

You need to find what works for your skin. Everyone is different and all of these suggestions are good. However, the most important thing is consistency. It matters not what you put on your skin if you don't do it everyday. If you do, you will definitely notice an improvement in your skin. Rose

Doesn't PETROLEUM jelly have molecules so big that they can't really penetrate the skin? I thought it was more like putting plastic wrap on your hand - nothing good gets in (even those great nutrients you mentioned), nothing bad gets out? Wouldn't some essential oils (natural, not processed from petroleum) be a better choice?
