I would add sugar to that list. As soon as I gave up eating sugar, people commented that I was radiant and glowing--and they had no idea what I was doing different.

In Islam, it is legislated for the Muslim women to cover themselves when they leave their private places of residence. And from the wisdom behind the covering is that it protects the skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Indeed, what has come down as legislation from the One who is All-Knowing and All-Wise is beneficial for the Creation.

I believe nutrition and hydration (from within) is as important as proper cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing. Many people are vitamin-deficient and dehydrated on an ongoing basis without even knowing it. The result? Dry, saggy skin. Nourished, hydrated cells naturally make skin plump, firm and supple -- and most importantly-- wrinkle free!

I wish they would recommend products on the market that work so we don't have to waste our time and money on something these dermatologist already know that work.

I think the best solution is to wear a plastic mask when you go outside and a paper sack over your head when you're in the house. Of course, you have to cut eye and mouth holes in the sack. Another solution is to stay in bed when home with your head under the blanket. Naturally, if you do this, it's not a good idea to consume a lot of beans or cabbage first.
