OPI, Revlon, Sally Hansen....great! these are all very inexpensive nail polish's that I actually buy. Seems like the most priciest brands are the most harmful.

I found Spa Ritual has no chemicals and has natural plant essences. The best color selection too!!!

zoya was one of the first in the industry to drop the bad stuff. Sorry to see you failed to mention this product. Revlon still tests extensively on animals and is NOT a company that I would expect you to mention as an industry leader. I am aR.N. who happens to run a very sucessful day spa and did my research on this topic over 8 years ago.

Nail tips are one of the oldest forms of nail enhancements. Preformed plastic nail shapes are applied to the natural nail plate with nail glue. Sometimes they cover the nail from the cuticle to the end, but more frequently they are applied midway down the nail plate. To get a smoother finish, some nail techs may apply acrylics, gel, or wraps over either the natural "untipped" nail or both the natural nail and the newly affixed nail tip. The entire shape is then sanded and filed into the length and shape you want. http://www.nailsalon.we.bs/
