i would just like to say or something about this post. first, i dont know why i cannot find any advice saying that " ONE SHOULD AVOID USING THEIR FINGER NAILS TO CLEAN THEIR SCALP WHILE SHAMPOOING THEIR HAIR" as it would definitely hurt the scalp and dandruff will surface. My grandma told me this when i was still in high school, IT HELP. Till this days i never had the problem of having dandruff no matter what type of shampoo i am using.

Nizoral is in a class by itself. Not only did it work for me it actually had no side effects so you can use it and not switch like it was suggested in the article. All those other shampoos are like ancient remedies compared to it.

It was too general regarding dandruff. I am alread switching between Selsum Blue and Head and Sholders and I still have dandruff for the last three months. I have spoke to my doctor and she tells me the same thing.
