    Very good... but it would be super helpful if Dr. B could indicate in her blog which skin types (specially for fans like me who follow her book to the letter) would benefit from the products she recommends.

    Instead of naming the ingredients to all the face creams and moisturizers can you name products we can actually buy at our local supermarkets or do we have to make a commitment to all the high priced order over the phone products. for the common women , name some products we can actually buy that are available at local drug stores and at arms reach. That would help millions of women

    Dear madame I am 36 years of age am a smoker and my wrinkles are showing I heard that if i apply vitamin a and d on my face this will help. Is this true thanks and regards
