Teavana Teas are of much better quality than Bigelow, in my perspective. Their Silver Needle White Tea is the most flavorful, and has the most antioxidants of any tea. I would suggest it to anyone who wants a truly amazing cup of fine tea.

White tea and green tea are both very good for your health, but white tea is not made with the tip of green tea. There is not such plant called green tea plant. The "color" of tea is defined by its processing. So technically, the same tea plant can be made into green, white, black and red tea. Green tea is not fermented or oxidized, so they are more delicate and often have short shelf life. White tea is made with very low heat and minimal processing. In practice, certain tea plants and certain parts of the plant are better as green tea and others better as red tea. If you think about it in beef terms. You wouldn't ground up tenderloin for taco.

Wetting the lips with plain water before the application of moisturising creams would further give a beneficial moisturising effect.
