    for bortega 59, you cant fix scoliosis. Depends on how severe you have it, I have scoliosis and have had surgeries to correct, so the best advice is to see your orthopedic physician and go from there, take care

    eating seaweed dried or fresh seaweed is very good for the skin as well help to avoid goiter..

    Fish is good. Farm-raised ones are not so good though. Wild caught is the best. Also, I would avoid fish that is high in mercury level like tuna, the bigger the worse.

    i am already eating this stuff and it is sure working wonder. my skin was very dull. but after eating those from 1 year my skin tone changed. but also everynight wash your face with mild face wash and then put night cream also works....

    AVOCADO--great fat filler from the inside. whenever I go on a diet and notice the small wrinkles, I consume an avocado every two days, and wow, the wrinkles diminish and my skin glows.
